Best soundtrack of 2008 Spring season: Code Geass R2

It’s is. It has been a tight between Macross Frontier and Code Geass ever since the beginning. But at ep 6, Code Geass totally won me over. I was shivering in excitement for the whole ep just because the music was so great! (no, I still like Gundam 00 OST the most). Anyway, don’t take this too serious, as I don’t watch many shows. The four main ones are MF, CG, Nabari no ou and Library War.

On a completely unrelated matter: I hate, hate, HATE cute young girls, and I got to see three in this Gayass episode: Kaguya (who shamelessly refers to Lulu as her husband), the loli Chinese empress (who is 100% a kid) and Anya the Knight (who might become a psycho bitch). Arr, I know many people will say they are cute, but I can’t stand them!

(hope that I will like Feldt a little better now that she’s 18 in season 2).

  1. LOL. I don’t know who the heck out there finds them to be “cute” in the attractive way. Maybe it’s because I’ve never been the lolicon type and I’m just not into little girls. I teach them in my classes and despite any attachments they might develop, I’ve never regarded them as anything more than…little…girls–which is why when I hear that princess referring to Lelouch as her husband, I just chuckle.

  2. Oh and BTW Ranka’s singing in MF ep 05 added a nice touch. Looking forward to the plot development if it comes.

  3. What, wait! You’re a teacher?

I’ve never fond of Ranka’s singing to be honest. And I start to feel that the number of songs in MF is getting overwhelming. Don’t know if the plot will develop to be more solid in the future, but for now I’ve lost interested in MF.

  4. Yes, I’m a teacher at a foreign language academy.

  5. Wow ho! Nice!

  6. Yes, MF soundtracks are well produced, and yes they are good, however I really feel good when I hear the soundtrack of Daughter of Twenty Faces. One of the few animes I watch the full credits of.
